2. There are days when a gentle, unknown sadness settles on you like a sudden change of weather. The kind of sadness that is intangible. Like the presence of an ache where you can’t pinpoint where it hurts, you know it just does (but just like the weather, it’s only temporary 🙏) •

3. What helps me is to always remember: we fall, we break, and we fail but then we rise, we heal, and we overcome. (Always. Every single time.) •

4. The best kind of Saturday are ones spent in bed with big shirts, messy hair, music, coffee, and banana bread (this can heal anything) ✨
I made @thenakdkitchen Salted Cookie Dough Banana Bread with a few substitutions from what I had on hand:
3 bananas mashed
3 tbsp date syrup
1/3 cup oat milk
1/2 cup @revivalfoodco classic nut butter
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup tigernut flour
1/4 cup @nuzest_usa vanilla protein
3 tsp baking powder
Hefty dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup @lilys_sweets chocccy chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Mix together and fold in chocolate chips. Bake for 45 minutes!
