COCONUT GREENS BOWL🥥🥬

Another day, another green smoothie!! This one was sooooo fluffy!!! On the days I don’t have a green smoothie bowl in the morning, I often make a thinner green smoothie to drink later in the day as a snack. I just love them so much!! They’re delicious, nutritious, and a great way to get your fruits and veggies in.

-1/3 cup frozen coconut
-1 frozen banana
-1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
-3 handfuls frozen greens
-@naturesplus vanilla unsweetened spirutein

-fresh banana

-hemp seeds
-mulberries
-dried coconut
-lots of pb as I ate
